Specially formulated at the request of lactation consultants, this blend of More Milk Plus with Goat's Rue helps all women (as well as those with special needs -- such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome {PCOS}, breast reduction surgery and adoptive moms )-- to build mammary tissue as well as to safely and effectively increase breast milk. This product does not contain any milk, dairy, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or gluten.

Dosage Recommendations: More Milk SPECIAL BLEND: Elixir (liquid): ~ 1/4 tsp (1 ml) 4 times a day if under 175 pounds ~ 1/2 tsp (2ml) 3 times a day if over 175 pounds The liquid tastes like black liquorice (unfortunately for some) but the liquid as done really well with increasing supply by providing an effective blood level. Deliver your dose (as recommended above) under your tongue and hold it for 30 seconds then swallow. You may chase with a couple of swallows of fluid to wash it down but then nothing to drink for 30 minutes.
